If you have done your DD then this endorsement is irrelevant. It’s nice to have but it’s not anything more then an opinion. Shareholders can express themselves in any way they wish as Mr Kramer has.

Anyone relying on DD either positive or negative from somebody else is an idiot. Do your own work and be happy with it, if you’re not happy or it doesn’t add up, sell and buy something else. Nobody’s a prisoner here as far as I’m aware
