Bull shit. He's actually just filed a 1k showing that he's sold millions of shares at .01 cents per share on a prior offering. How is that disregard? And they're restricted. Oh and he didn't do a r/s. Last r/s was done in 2011. He's lowered the a/s also. I'm stating actual filing facts, not personal opinions. Please show me FACTS showing thru filings that he disregards value. I've gone back years. Prove your statements. I can prove mine. Which I'm sure you know as well. And as per the filing, r/s a possibility after completion of offering which has a one year time limit. So this nonsense of any moment he can just file is as someone else on here likes to keep saying....it's bull shit
