An important push should be to convince Ken that shareholders are an important part of "stakeholders". The whole genesis of that term is to abandon responsibility to the owners of the company, and instead pledge allegiance to the employees (which are now just Ken and his cronies) and the BOD. Of course there is fake sympathy to the patients they are now curing (what, 3 of them dosed now?) But the hidden agenda is to reward "certain" shareholders, with free warrant exercise, for example. You can't make up the corruption involved. If this company had any money to recover without using the sleazebag lawyers they are already in bed with,they would have been sued for every penny of cash they stole.
