Just like the store I own. We might have 500K in revenue a year, but we could sell our business for well over 1 million for many different reasons! There are many factors when figuring the value of a business. Biotech companies don't make revenues for years and years and some are worth BILLIONS because of FUTURE revenues and products in development and overall potential!
