The current Issued share count is approximately 11.2 million and the float is 5.6 million... Looking through today's report, if the preferred shares and debt conversion were to issue, the total OS would be in the 26 million range and the float would still be at 5.6 million. The float is critical in getting the share price up. As low as it currently is, it shouldn't take much momentum to get us moving up. Honestly, the future share issuance potential numbers are still very low compared to all the other OTC's out there. And at least the company is being conservative and transparent, rather than keeping us all in the dark.
