One thing I can do right now pertaining to the accountant is to read the proxy notes as relates to Truj, since he probably makes sure he himself is covered....this accounting bit is really his job right? Well he is very well covered. Natural for one to take care of themselves as CFO when releasing accounting related information to the public (via the accounting firm presumably). CYA

My take away, they have monthly expenses mainly associated with salaries. Combined with reading the 10k one can understand cash burn, constraints, and imminent pitfalls. Thus the meeting where they want shareholders to approve their access to more shares. One thing we know fur sure is KW can sell shares at a hefty discount
