The accounts have been prepared, if all goes to plan we aim to be up to date by 30th Sept which is the 10k deadline

Is the company still on plan to get back to current end of september? Just in the last few weeks, the SEC has suspended about 100 delinquent filers that were only late 1-3 annual reports. That means all these stocks will get revoked in a few weeks and shareholders completely wiped out. As a shareholder here we can only hope the company has been on contact and exchange with the SEC about this issue and will get back to current soon.

And if for any reason that isn't the plan anymore, then at least file a form15 to de-register with the SEC and start to file your reports on otcmarkets instead as many are doing. Of course SEC filings would be much preferable obviously.
