Saddle Ranch Media, Inc is the parent company which owns 100% SkyFidelity, Inc , which in turn owns Tri
Cascade, Inc( the operating business entity). On March 22,2019 Tri Cascade, Inc acquired 100% of
Smarthings & Co, a California corporation from the CEO.
Max C. Li is Chairman & CEO, Alan Bailey is CFO & Director, and Amy Yang is Company Secretary of each of
