Are you guys smoking something? This baby is deader than a mackerel. I tried to tell the shareholders that back in 2006, and I tried to tell the lenders when I had a meeting with them in New York. they didn't listen and preferred to turn the company over to a couple of lawyers with no oil and gas experience. My second in command was a gentleman named Norman Neidell, google that name. We were real oil and gas scientists who had worked for major oil companies. We had the connections and were going to take this company somewhere. That Barnett Shale play they were touting, they got that because of my connection to Carizzo, I used to work for them. When they took me to court I was on my way to Angola with Norman to put on a couple of classes and avail myself of an opportunity the Angolan government had presented to me. Once I agreed to settle, there was an agreement worked out, which the board did not honor, they did, in fact, withdraw from the court action.

I could easily bring this company back and give it some credibility but I'm not going to. I had a meeting aq couple years late with Platinum Partners, the largest of the lenders, who said they were pissed at the management that took over and were pursuing legal action against them. They even offered me the properties.
