Price movement with no shares is rather insignificant. As for communication, i just have a belief that finra is a little bitch and they don’t communicate well preemptive with companies submitting. This creates rework and misunderstandings of needs. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bossung needed some filings up to date just to transfer the entity again, or whatnot. Idk. Point is - if this was your $100mil baby, and if you were sure the path eventually led to success - would you risk it all blowing up because you made an inadvertent comment, received the wrong way, to someone offering little value? Or would you just shut up, take some pain and do it right until the guarantee was in hand?
It’s a diff answer for all of us, I suppose. See ya in Sept. I’m getting more buying money together.
