The Dr mentioned in the video that he helped grow Vetria's annual revenue from 300k to over 1 million in three years... He mentioned 4 different ways to fund a company... With HuLogix they decided to do the reverse takeover with a shell company. I can't remember the other three ways... crowdfunding, FACE and something else.... Anyways it looks like they really thought this one through before moving forward with IGEX...
