Here is what I think too. Impactppa was a cover for Dan and his Wsti selling shares. Impact was used for the idea that Dan could keep selling his shares off. Now since Wsti is revoked, Impactppa on Telegram has gone awol too. Coincedence maybe actually? facts that this was what it was all along maybe? "If I can sell the idea of Impactppa I can sell off my shares while getting rid of my debts and walk away." Hope we find out at some point.
