LOL, the USA court said that. That's nice but Bioamber's head office was in Montreal - ie: on Canadian soil. Hence why chapter 15 was carried out through CCAA insolvency and not under USA control. The USA judge could tell the world Bioamber makes chocolate, it doesn't hold any water. However, believe what you believe.
