Yes there is a meeting and Who knows how long on the grey sheets. If they are absorbed (by someone) in the not too distant future (6 months?) then maybe there aren't any lawyers presently working on the 'problem'...and there won't be...they'd be working the details of 'the sale'...lol

Wonder what the 'special meeting' is about after that thought...hmmmm!
