The way I understood, is that for Mr Mendola to come on the board of directors, Pacific Fund was dissolved and the shareholders were sent the shares to do what they wanted to do with them. I could be mistaken about some of the details, but I don't believe the shares were necessarily sold, they just went from being listed in Pacific Fund to being listed individually.

In a side note , the short interest decreased for the second two week period in a row. Maybe this means the sentiment is changing.
