Only the company name mentioned in PR is Lave, Inc., not Lave Systems Corporation.

It's a scam trick used many times, using alleged partnered company names in their PR's which are very close to real company's names, but slightly off, or which are difficult to verify as names are quite common or too vague to verify in a good way. Often private companies that have hardly any information online, avoiding ways to directly contact them by investors. Even can be a setup between "company" A+B+C when there is a group involved.
