I have a question about the shares available to buy on the market, the market cap being shown on yahoo and td, shows that the market cap is $557.3k making the shares available around 200 million. However, O/S is 4 billion shares. im very confused is there 200 million shares available or 4 billion shares available? I was thinking there was 4 billion before but I read a post on yahoo mentioning there was 200 million shares available which made me go look back at the market cap.
