Taz must have been gifted with his whirling by Looney Tunes creators, as the actual real guy is timid and is only
aggressive when attacked. They've obviously made the character as distant from the real one to create more
comedy. On the other hand the Donald T-Devil is naturally not funny but dangerously looney naturally.

As far as Wiley and Taz getting the Roadrunner into a safe, the safe itself would have to be a huge one or else
they'd never get that target through the door, and just getting to any door big enough would present a real problem.

But in fictional terms yeah they could get him in some way, one day, as most anything is made possible

"A genius by trade" as T-Devil Donald believes he himself to be. A dangerous cartoon character he is, genius he is not.
