That’s not always true about outstanding shares. There are quite a few stocks with similar share structures that did or are doing just fine (Home Depot has over a billion shares outstanding). If the share count was lower the price would be higher but you'd have less shares. It’s more about volume. If this starts seeing 20-30 million shares traded daily it will fly.
