Stocked55, RXMD stock can be at .02 or .10 and being profitable or not profitable will have nothing to to with the share price. Profit or loss has had nothing to do with it so far.

When the shareholder vote is tallied it will show the one person who holds the 51 preferred shares was the only vote that mattered.
