I still believe it's possible that the reason why Greenshift hasn't sent reports to the SEC since the 3rd quarter of 2016 is because their financial condition is very bad.

Or it could be because "bringing our filings current carries an immediate risk of dilution from lenders that can be expected to convert their debt into stock as soon as they can deposit, clear, and sell our shares." You're always demanding proof, so where's yours? If you're trying to manipulate the stock by spreading lies about the company it is our responsibility to report you to the SEC.
