Per Orie, these were old notes...not his...he inherited them with the company ...he has loaned his own money a few times in order to not take any more toxic debt....the best thing about the deal per Orie were the tax write off's. Not sure he really realized how much toxic debt there was especially with all the penalties....huge!! We have been dealing with this for almost 3 yrs now....with all the billions of shares towards these toxic notes to date....hard to believe we still have this much to pay off !!!!!ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
