Someone is buying. May I offer my thoughts:

You can't go wrong here at these levels unless you're in for just a quick flip. I personally believe that there is an unreported short position, possibly from a broker who was shorting against a cert that they haven't been able to clear for trading, and they are trying desperately to hold the price down to cover. The shares initially were sold at .0137 (about 6 million). I recommend that once you have established your initial position that you sit on the bid and support the sp. This will make it much harder to play games with the sp with the low volume.
