I spoke with Armen this morning and addressed a concern that TrackDude and I share (we must share some investor DNA). My question was simply, would future acquisitions or additions further delay the progress and plans for SEC registration? He replied, "any such plans in the near-term would not be materially signiciant enough to impact their SEC registration plans.

Of course I had several questions for him and most of them related to what Stockforce has already posted. Armen confirmed everything SF said in his post.

The company basically made an invitation for shareholders to communicate with them one on one and so I did. I'm comfortable with what I heard and now I'm going back out to my garden and deal with a real concern; my Bell Peppers are going to hell.
