good questions/comments/concerns! Do you trade or invest in any companies other than DSS? I imagine your shares were employee compensation because if it was your hard earned money I dont know how you could watch it just bleed from 28 bucks to .40 cents,..but anyway...
my concern is very simple, if you look at most companies that are public, they OFTEN press release or are emntioned in articles , or subjects etc, more popular ones even have multiple actions and activity on same day! even the occasional "fluffer" news would be welcomed in our situation which is not a good look...but news is news and getting the companies message and deciphering their moves for the public hasnt hahd much affect on stock price, every time a rally gets started theres a feeling of "dumping" immediately because people im sure know its gonna get dragged down again
ive h ad this conversation before with other companies and I often get the "shorts" excuse....well if one wants to battle and win against short sellers which can easilyt dominate a low volume average stock like this is like shooting fish in a barrel...
By now, ive estimated the offering shares have already been commited to sells or holds , i mean the shares were purchased at .50 cents and its been quite a while and volume plus exchange activity ( through level 2 + 3, and it cant teven hold .50!
so its one of twocauses likely in my opinion
a. bigger investors that dont fall in top 10% are shorting or selling at loss still (or the offering buyers are selling at loss
b. which i THINK is the problem, just like in other stocks with low volume their is no fear to cover immediately and not short because they are aware of the stocks history of "blandness"...... a company (even those with no profit in sight for 10 years like uber) are constantly saying THINGS, anything, but this quitness for 6 months Is NOT working, im shocked its stuck like glue in this range and as trader I will tell you this long of a period at a level will usually breakdown supports. and encourage more shhort selling..
in a scenario where the company under promises and over delivers, you willl see much less "bullying" ill say....
either way, there is nothing reported yet as sells from insiders so whats going on? if anything there should be prs galore with the new "subsidiary" that has FOUR elemnts and avenues
...so what is the company doijng to address this because looking at a full 33 years whuich is not th e max but the max the schart will sh ow me through the platofrm.....obviously their seems to be a snag somewhere cuz this is very unacceptable.....
please commicate this call with them by all means

2) what was the reason to start the other subsidies. when we cant even get our flagship product rolled out even minimally. Medical products cost millions of dollars and nothing is assured to be successfull.
3) why where these new directors given free shares of stock?? Shouldnt they bring something onboard before the rewards are issued??
4) 4) it won't be long before we are sent a notice to be delisted. What are the concerns of the company on this. 5) does the company need to. Install new printers/ labeler. For our authentiguard to be used.or can dss. Equipment already installed. If a company want to use our product..
