Remember - every U.S. state has regulations. And the FDA has supervision over products we eat and drink.

That's why state legislation is important to keep up with. That is why changes in legislation such as in Texas (see evidence below) are so important. That is why upcoming regulations for CBD in the food supply will be so important. Watch when FDA regulations effectively remove all CBD products with amounts of THC - companies like SIPC will stand out even more.
