Folks truth hurts!

1. They are late filing qtrly report and they have been telling shareholder for a week now it will be out shortly..lol guess shortly means " not IMMINENT"

2. Supposedly there is a deal going on that was scheduled to close on July 30 th..it never happened..reason..CEO said date was set too aggressively..lol

3. The date changed to Aug 19 th.. as you can see it's Aug 27 and no update or communications from CEO.. is this date too aggressively or will he simply say they are still working. Lol
4. OTC now has a yield sign up

5. There was a ton of shares dumped

6. When a CEO makes statements like he has and doesn't follow through he misses trust..and investors. .

7. Could this be a ploy to .I've price down and let good ole boys buy and then dump on the way up again? Lol


Fun watching ..but definitely question this guy's ability to lead...aweful!
