If Li is indeed trying to say he is still the CEO of LDSR then by him even admitting that, it lies in direct contradiction with what Sayid already presented to the court. Half of the initial argument and backup support was that previous CEO's (post 2012) of the LDSR shell signed off on financials detailing Hubai having 1.5 billion shares.

So which is it? You can't argue it both ways, and its more than likely the reason the Judges said nice try but... No....

If Hubai is deposed, I would assume that Li would be one of the individuals put on the stand. I'm curious what happens if he decides he doesn't want to show up.... The clock is ticking for them.
