looking at L2... 1.1M on the bid @ .0009 and 15M offered on the ASK for .001.
If you really want to sell from that 15M on the ask you better flush that bid and run.. The .0009 with no size says they will sell thru to the .0008's for 1 little down flush and then this is locked at that point until news sends it up.
