All company's go public for 1 reason and 1 reason only and that is to raise capital.The Sec has no problem with convertible notes as long as there is disclosure and there was dilution disclosure for everyone to see before they bought 1 share here.This is the otc where everyone knows its the wild west where the losing trades whine at the company and winners never thank the company.Funny how people think the company owes them something.You didn't invest in this company,you bought stock from someone else and want to dump it on someone else lolololol.But the note holders did invest in the company and they get more consideration then we do and rightfully so..
