johnny is a known diluter, prior to the 500/1 reverse split, took the a/s to over 13 billion shares selling 7+ billion of them into the o/s, collapsing the share price to .0001 when he couldn't sell his toxic paper any more, he did a reverse split, which took the adjusted share count to 26 million shares. he the promptly turned on the printing presses and raised this new share count from 26 million shares to 300 million...that's over a 1000% increase in the amount of shares, in this new structure, which would now total 150,000,000,000 shares (150 billion) if the r/s wasn't done. he also raised the o/s to 95 million or 47,500,000,000 pre r/s shares
