As someone who has traded ATNM a few times now (based on its chart presentations), my guess on why its only 24 cents is that:

-its not one of the 'big target' medical issues that gets a lot of attention

-its not going to have a large population of potential end users (in comparison to the big 'name' med issues (all about the revenues the 'product' could potentially generate

And because of the above 2, its why I am only looking for maybe $2/sh on a successful PH 3 data release. But from this price range, that would be a nice return, and under a year if they can stay on track to complete the PH 3 within the date range shown on their clinical trial page..

disclaimer: don't own any at the moment, but getting ready to buy some for the end of the PH 3...
