Naturally, I think the fundamentals are most important and the technical position of the stock right here is touching a spot where we might turn back up (the 50 day is helpful). The news you provide is much more important, but traders do use various indicators for timing purposes. They don't always work, but at least we are not overbought as we were back in late Jun and early July with the RSI above 70.
