Im still not convinced, why? Back in April, I was not concerned about Q1 reporting and the lack of revenue. Up list was projected to be complete in June and thereby providing a solid look at the company for Q2. But then the Horse sheit started, then no up list. So now we are left with an inadequate report to properly evaluate the company. I read several really good questions that would be answered in a full disclosure quarterly report. Until I see a fully audited report, I will consider myself another bag holder.

Yes, up list, audited financials, and full disclosure of all parties involved is that important at this point. IMO.

Before you all jump in and suggest I call the company, a phone conversations does not replace an audited quarterly report.
