ive bought from $1.50 down knowing there was going to be dilution it was right in the merge terms.bought in small lots just in case the 10k drops knowing they could be late with dilution= where we are now in pps they kept hopes it would drop sooner for our sake less amount of shares added to make sure it would come back to those levels again in time.we all should of known the 10k wouldn't look good with adding tims company how would they. debt can be cleared like there doing aka dilution and goodwill will be used to fles advantage all eyes should be on the revenue going up every year is what matters its the otc when has debt scared any runners look around especially debt that didnt come from the actual company but the price of the merge.Will there be debt in the 10q well yeah all dilution during that period used to pay it down nothing wrong with that increase in profit over last quarter with same if not lower revs now thats huge for company to do in one quarter double + the profit on the same if not less revenue.do what you will all i care about is getting my million shares of a way undervalued company with the facts that we know.
