It doesn’t rule out a partnership or buyout with anyone, including Medtronic.
But let’s be real here. If a partnership was happening why on Earth would they play this ridiculous game? They are only tarnishing their product IMO. As far as Medtronics timeline why would that be different than Titans timeline if SPORT is their robot?
Why would Medtronic put out a timeline for SPORT that would cause Titan to announce another delay?
Why would Medtronic put out a timeline at all for a product that isn’t theirs and still has a ton of work to be done before approval?
I’m confident we aren’t Medtronics robot but this could go quickly in a fire sale so who knows....
I wouldn’t look at today’s PR as anything but bad news until proven otherwise.
Telling the world you don’t have the money to continue development on time is never a good thing and that’s exactly what today’s PR was about.
