What do you think will come first the RS or news that will raise the stock price? If news was coming first why would they decide on the RS being 1000-1? My guess is the RS is coming first, then they release the news hopefully and the price goes up based on that, with a normal stock price not pennies and a different company name. All is forgotten about the disaster that has occurred before name change.

If this dream scenario comes true buying now is still a great idea, even though prices might move down right after RS. That is unless news comes out right away. If news doesn't come right after RS, this stock will continue to go lower and buying the stock should wait.

Who knows as they put out no press releases so I haven't bought in a while, although I think about it when price goes around .005. Kind of a what the hell. Your theory on note holders having to dump is an interesting one. Wonder if it will go back to .068 range tomorrow.
