Upcoming PRs:

1) SEC current status (by Sept 12)

2) Closure and Consummation of Reverse Merger (by Oct 23)

3) Ticker name change from LAHO to GSCG (Sometime shortly after RM consummation)

4) GSCG financials (likely early spring 2020)

5)? (#5 is perhaps the most intriguing part as we don’t yet know what PRs from GSCG about new products, services and stem cell center openings are coming after the merger)
