They had to disclose the delays because how can they raise funds from the shelf and then dump the BS on the financiers? Shat on the loyal longs is fine but god forbid don't F those financiers. I see 25M shares and 25M warrants coming.

Prolly fetch $7 in a fire sale now. It's either that or get diluted to pieces and then another reverse. This is going WAY DOWN today and rest of the week. SAD
