I’d like to see some proof of the so-called positives GIFA has going right now. Once proof is provided, it will be hard to ignore. Currently the only proof being provided, AND can easily be verified as FACT, is the below:

GIFX = Caveat Emptor
Constant delays/no follow through Business license DEFAULT
NO financials for 2017, 2018, and through Q2 of 2019
Balance sheets STILL NOT released
GIFA Airways is NOT an airline
GIFALAND does NOT exist
GIFA Hotel & Casino does NOT exist
No proof of revenue
No proof of debt
No proof of anything!

In fact, the only thing GIFX has managed to get done is reduce the A/S to 500 million shares and change their name/ticker from Firefish Inc. (FRFS) to GIFA Inc. (GIFX).
