Virtual Incision has 95 patents and 88 pending.

Maybe Medtronic buys/partners with Titan/Vic/Xact...
I wouldn't worry too much about Titan's last news release, perhaps Zaring saw abunch of things that need to be corrected prior to submission, he knows how to get approval.
