I get the frustration but a few counterpoints that I think are worthy of consideration.

1. I would not take any of the supposed emails/communications from the CEO as truth. I doubt very strongly that they are accurate, specifically the ones which seem to reveal more information than is publicly available. Just my personal opinion. I admit I could be wrong on this one it just doesn't seem highly likely and the vast majority of the supposed emails we've seen don't reveal much of anything anyway.

2. Management hasn't gone to sleep. They just don't really care about the day to day share price of an OTC stock trading under 2 cents per share. Nor should they, honestly. Not at this point. They're well aware of what people do when trading on the OTC and they're well aware of what people are waiting for.

3. IF we're to take the official updates at face value (and I see no reason why we shouldn't), they're in ongoing discussions with Ontario Inc. and their representatives to close a deal which will be mutually beneficial. If this deal goes through, a lot of good things fall into place. Fresh news, new connections to Canada, new financing and deals, and a lot of that coming on the heals of the convention recently and a few other deals/trials coming in the fall that we know about.

The fact that the pps is low on August 26th is not and should not be at the front of their minds. Nor do I want it to be.

They'll either close the deal or they won't. If they close the deal, the share price issue takes care of itself as we well know or at least as we all strongly believe. If they don't, the stock probably tanks to sub pennies again for now.

Even if they DID release an update right now today it wouldn't likely reveal much of anything. It'd be a general "we're continuing discussions blah blah and hope blah blah" fluff PR post we've seen from dozens of other companies in the past. It probably doesn't move the needle much and then people will just start complaining that we need "real news" and we're back to square one.

Bottom line: They'll release news when there's news to release. That will be on their schedule and not ours. It sucks, I know. But it is what it is. If you're in long or short you were always in waiting for the deal to go through (or not). That was and remains the big catalyst we're all waiting for.

If all you care about is the pps (and I'm well aware of where we are so I'm sure that's what pretty much all of us really care about lol) then you're waiting on news regarding the deal. If it goes through and it's good, the pps goes up. If it doesn't, the pps probably goes down.

"But the price is ALREADY going down!" you say? Yes. It is. Why? Because there's nothing new. And something "new" doesn't mean we're waiting on a bullshit fluff PR. What does that do for anyone? Nothing. So we wait until they file their news regarding the Ontario deal, any other impending developments, and their quarterly financials. Same as we always were.

It is what it is. Long and strong over here though and not worried in the slightest.
