Most if not all shell HIJACKERS like Jason Black issue such 8Ks to the SEC for tickers that have deregistered. Thats the last one to be seen here at IGEX until Martina Leon files a an S-1 or a new Form 10.
As an example just look at Blacks other ticker CNNA. Exactly the same thing. No more SEC filings after the change of control 8K.
