I hate how slow things have been. LOL However, I have taken advantage and expanded my position during this slow period. I believe risk to be minimal and a great time to either create a position as speculation or add. Remember this is something new coming into existence. I agree we need officials to bless things before things roll. I also know it's a great time for the little guy to grab shares ahead of the big boys.

I would say this. Kill the noise look at company results. They are pretty good looking from my view point. I don't pump, nor do I tell folks when to buy or sell. I will say however, I really like VATE as a potential big and even long term winner. JMHO
