This definitely throws more mud in the waters. Titan is hitting their milestones. HFE was a success. Docs are singing the praises of the device. Now a delay after saying 3 weeks ago everything is on track. If they are making changes to the device, wouldn’t they have to do HFE over in order to file for IDE? How do they spread out dollars to push back need for raise now? Why not hit the shelf before making delay announcement to garner highest PPS and less dilution. Mc is basically saying raise will come after Medtronic announcement. If that announcement does not involve Titan- PPS goes even lower. Why would Zaring move over to Titan if Medtronic is going to be to market prior??? The only positive I take is that the timelines now line up with Medtronic. Omar stayed OUS launch by end of April 2020. Was the HFE the final piece needed and the shelf a back up plan?
