Bought equity financing deal was a scam

IMO the company printed 50m worth of shares (which they constantly dumped via MMs the past 4 months). So the 25million cover which was probably true just used to bring in suckers while the company dumped 50m worth, then repaid the 25m "investors" under the table +50%.

This stock is just a giant scam.

The original 25m bought deal for 1.8 cad they dumped at 3+ so they made money. Second round was the scam IMO
