We could get some news
soon. Maybe this week, I am hoping to see some results of the tenders from this past summer soon and/or the 2007 projection update. I am still very confident in the future of the company and believe there is much going on " behind the scenes". Yaacov has promised to update us on any large contract once the total process is done for each one. He said he is not publishing the smaller ones. I expect things to progress very nicely in the next few months. IMO
Yaacov says
"I can say that till May 1, 2007 Identa will be either on OTCQX or on the Emerging Equities List."
so it looks like he is planning to disclose financials by then and the Alliance deal should also be finished.


Emerging Equities List represents companies that provide credible disclosure, including GAAP audited financials, but may not have sufficient business operations to qualify for OTCQX. To qualify for this category, companies are required to provide a letter from an attorney regarding the quality of their disclosure. These companies will have an Emerging Equity List logo next to their symbol.
