CAveat emptor is not uncommon.

Its a reverse merger and the new/old company is not otc-current, and otc doesnt like non-current companies anymore. Which is fine - neither do investors.

I got this from OTC:

Facts and circumstances may differ, however generally, OTC Markets Group will remove the Caveat Emptor designation once the company meets the qualifications for Pink Current Information
