Companies do not report assets here. Period. Perhaps they fill in registered capital (whatever the hell that means).

EXAMPLE from the 10-K

According to the official documents of the Company’s Chinese subsidiary JHMC, the registered capital of such subsidiary is USD 2 million that was paid in full by year ended 31 December 2014



So now the HU-plantation suddenly is worth $2 million ?

No... that is not what registered capital means. And the same applies to SAIC. There is no way to validly report assets in the SAIC filings for the simple reason that that is not the purpose. At all.
