Nope. I haven't been subject to the pattern day trader rule.

I think the trades below .0001 are people liquidating their accounts and the brokers buying it at discount to take the shares from them. Just a guess though.

That still doesn't explain why the actual buys at .0001 don't move the price back up. It shows in the volume and trade history but not the stock price. Very strange.
